Use Prediction Center and Review Artifacts

What this does

Prediction Center helps users understand likely future delivery outcomes, not just current dashboard status. It combines structured risk scoring, trained model paths where available, and AI-generated explanations and recommendations.

Use Prediction Center

Prediction Center can surface forecasts such as:
  • release slip prediction
  • incident risk after release
  • approval or compliance breach prediction
  • sprint spillover prediction
  • defect escape prediction
  • team capacity risk
  • customer impact risk
  • control drift prediction
  • service instability
  • objective attainment risk
  • AI productivity regression
Each prediction may show:
  • a risk score
  • confidence
  • benchmark or baseline context
  • likely causes
  • recommended actions
  • whether the result came from a model-backed score or another score engine

Interpret a forecast

When reviewing a forecast, focus on:
  • the current risk level
  • what changed from the baseline
  • which teams, releases, services, or controls are affected
  • which actions are recommended next
Use the linked drill-down dashboards to confirm the signal before acting.

Create a review artifact from a prediction

  1. Open the prediction card.
  2. Choose Promote to review artifact.
  3. Select the review pack where the issue belongs.
  4. Confirm or edit the title and recommendation.
  5. Assign an owner.
  6. Set a due date and status.
  7. Save the artifact.
This is the fastest way to turn a forecast into accountable follow-up work.

Manage review artifacts

Review artifacts are used to track action after a finding is identified. They can include:
  • title
  • recommendation
  • owner
  • due date
  • status
  • linked dashboard or chart context
Use review artifacts when you need operational follow-through instead of a passive dashboard observation. Prediction Center is especially useful for:
  • weekly engineering reviews
  • release readiness checkpoints
  • compliance and certification reviews
  • executive portfolio reviews
