Pricing
The website pricing model has two tiers:Freemium and Paid. Credit packs are optional purchases on Paid, not a third tier.
Review the operation rate card and confirm the quote before approving chargeable work. Your existing subscription or contract remains the reference for agreed pricing.
Choose a tier
Analytics is an optional add-on, not a third tier or a standalone subscription.
It adds **9.98/month before credits. Credits
remain in the organization’s shared, non-expiring wallet; buying credits does not
activate the add-on. See Analytics billing.
The current Paid plan includes every LoopIQ product module and makes all available AI agents eligible for use. Access still depends on organization entitlements, roles, permissions, provider configuration, and available credits. Legacy Starter, Growth, Professional, and Design Partner names are not separate current feature tiers.
AI, hosted execution and opted-in automation use additional credits on Paid. Feature access does not make compute unlimited. Required security checks and human approvals do not consume credits.
No annual discount or alternative annual tariff is defined by this model. Dedicated infrastructure, onboarding and support services are scoped separately; they are not another shared SaaS feature tier.
Freemium storage
The 5 GB allowance is shared across uploaded files and attachments for the entire organization, not per user. External links count only if files are copied into LoopIQ. At the cap, the intended policy is to stop additional uploads while preserving access to existing work. Remove unnecessary files to free space or contact support about additional storage. Do not assume that upgrading grants unlimited storage; confirm the applicable Paid allowance. Storage enforcement remains to be aligned with this policy. It must not delete records or silently debit AI credits.Freemium is not a free trial
Freemium is the ongoing free tier for ideas and projects. A free trial is temporary evaluation access and can have different feature or usage allowances. Do not assume unlimited AI credits, automatic conversion to Paid, or that trial access changes organization permissions.Credit packs
All packs use $0.01 per credit. Usage credits never expire. They do not reset monthly and are separate from the recurring seat subscription. Buying credits does not upgrade Freemium or grant permissions.
Contact sales for purchase arrangements until checkout is confirmed for your organization. Do not assume automatic top-ups are enabled.
Before subscribing or purchasing
- Select the correct organization and confirm you have billing-management permission.
- Review the organization’s actual subscription, paid seat count and existing contract.
- Confirm the selected tier and $4.99 per-user monthly price, or any separately agreed contract.
- For credits, review the pack quantity, USD price and proposed operation rates. Confirm rates before purchase or activation.
- If checkout is available, verify its organization, seats, currency, recurring subscription and one-time credit items before paying.
- If checkout still shows legacy tiers or different prices, stop and contact support. Do not choose an old tier as a workaround.
- After completion, verify the invoice and organization subscription or credit balance. Never purchase a second time just because a balance has not refreshed.
Support-provisioned Analytics access
LoopIQ support can issue an audited administrative Analytics grant when an organization needs approved access outside the normal Stripe subscription flow. The subscription page identifies the access source and whether the billing portal is available. An administrative grant does not create a Stripe subscription, invoice, or payment method. IfManage subscription is unavailable, do not start a second purchase solely
to make the button appear. Contact your billing administrator or LoopIQ support and
provide the organization and access-source details shown on the page.
Manage credit usage safely
- Review the included and chargeable operations.
- Confirm the organization, affected records and initiating user’s permissions.
- Require a confirmed rate and approved budget before enabling chargeable schedules, form rules or agent actions.
- Where deployed, use
Usage & creditson the organization’s subscription page to review balances, itemized usage, credit history and purchase status. A preview banner means charging is not active. - Report unexplained charges with the organization, operation, job reference and timestamp. Never include tokens, secrets or sensitive evidence.
Credit roles and controls
After the credit-permission migration is applied, existing organization-admin roles receive credit view, purchase and management permissions. New organizations receiveCredit Admin and Credit Viewer roles; those roles are not assigned to all members.
