Subscription and balance

Analytics is an optional **4.99USDperAnalyticsuser/month∗∗add−ontothePaidLoopIQplatform(4.99 USD per Analytics user/month** add-on to the Paid LoopIQ platform (4.99/user/month). A user licensed for both costs $9.98/month before usage credits. Both subscriptions must be active for Analytics credit spending. Cancelling the add-on does not delete purchased credits. Organization permissions still apply; purchasing seats or credits does not grant access to another organization’s data.

Creation and recurring charges

These rates are per resource, not per viewer, widget or refresh. Views, edits and refreshes do not add credit charges. System-provided resources are not automatically enrolled by this change, and neither are existing custom resources.
  1. Confirm your organization and the custom resource you want to create.
  2. Review the creation price and monthly renewal price separately.
  3. Accept both charges explicitly before creating the resource, where available.
  4. Check that creation succeeded before retrying. Failed creation and duplicate delivery retries must not produce another debit.
  5. Review the renewal date and itemized usage with your credit administrator.
The first renewal is one calendar month after successful creation. A January 31 anniversary falls on February’s last day, then returns to March 31. The backend does not impose accumulated catch-up charges for scheduler downtime. Before archiving or deleting a resource, confirm its renewal status with your credit administrator. A paused billing record alone is not confirmation that scheduled work has stopped.

AI operations

A standard job permits up to 10,000 input and 2,000 output tokens in total across its internal calls. Larger jobs need a separately approved quote. Ordinary SQL, dashboard reads, filters, drill-down and exports of existing results remain free of additional credits within service limits. Current templated report delivery is unmetered.
