Some records are organization-scoped and some are team-scoped. If the wrong team is selected, a user may think data is missing when it is simply filtered by context.Steps
- Open the main sidebar.
- Review the major modules available to you.
- Locate the team selector in the top area of the application.
- Check whether the work you are trying to access is team-based.
- If the work is team-based, select the correct team.
- Refresh the list, board, or dashboard you are using.
- Compare the results after changing team context.
