Make sure:- the target record already exists
- you have permission to view or update documents
Steps
- Open the work item or document area.
- Go to the attachments, documents, or related files section.
- Upload the file or open an existing document.
- Review the metadata shown for the file.
- Add or update related documents if the workflow supports them.
- Open the document from the record when reviewing work.
- Remove or replace outdated files when needed.
