First Day in LoopIQ
What this does
This guide helps a new user sign in, choose the correct team context, understand the main navigation, and start using LoopIQ confidently.Before you begin
Make sure:- your account has been created
- you can sign in successfully
- you know which organization and team you belong to
Steps
- Sign in to LoopIQ.
- Confirm that the correct organization is loaded.
- Check the team selector in the top navigation.
- If your work is team-specific, choose the correct team before creating or reviewing work.
- Open the main navigation and review these areas:
- Ideas
- ITSM
- Project Management
- Test Management
- Compliance
- Automation
- Forms Management
- Knowledge Management or Documents
- Organization or Team settings
- Open the dashboard that matches your role.
- individual contributors usually start with project, ideas, or ITSM views
- team leads often start with team and delivery dashboards
- admins usually start with organization, settings, or governance areas
- Use the product tour if it is available.
- Open one list view in the area you use most often and confirm you can:
- view records
- open details
- use filters
- create a new record if your role allows it
What happens next
After your first login, the next useful actions are usually:- confirm your team context
- create or review your first work item
- review any forms or knowledge areas your team uses every day
- check dashboards relevant to your role
- verify that you can access the modules you need
Tips
- If records seem to be missing, confirm the current team context first.
- If you see an access message, ask an admin to review your role permissions.
