What this does

Steps

  1. Sign in to LoopIQ.

  4. If your work is team-specific, choose the correct team before creating or reviewing work.
  5. Open the main navigation and review these areas:
    • Ideas
    • ITSM
    • Project Management
    • Test Management
    • Compliance
    • Automation
    • Forms Management
    • Knowledge Management or Documents
    • Organization or Team settings
  6. Open the dashboard that matches your role.
    • individual contributors usually start with project, ideas, or ITSM views
    • team leads often start with team and delivery dashboards
    • admins usually start with organization, settings, or governance areas
  7. Use the product tour if it is available.
  8. Open one list view in the area you use most often and confirm you can:
    • view records
    • open details
    • use filters
    • create a new record if your role allows it

What happens next

After your first login, the next useful actions are usually:
  1. confirm your team context
  2. create or review your first work item
  3. review any forms or knowledge areas your team uses every day
  4. check dashboards relevant to your role
  5. verify that you can access the modules you need

Tips

  • If records seem to be missing, confirm the current team context first.
  • If you see an access message, ask an admin to review your role permissions.
