Use Ideas Dashboards and Filters

What this does

Steps

1. Open the Ideas dashboard.
2. Review total ideas, status distribution, and trend information.
3. Apply any available dashboard filters such as:
   • metric window
   • submission trend window
   • team context
4. Identify the areas that need action.
   • too many ideas in review
   • too many low-priority items
   • too few approved ideas progressing to delivery
5. Open the Ideas list view.
6. Apply matching filters such as:
   • status
   • priority
   • team
   • search text
7. Open the specific ideas that need follow-up.

Tips

• Use the dashboard to find the pattern.
• Use the list to act on the records.
• Recheck team context if the counts and list results do not seem to match.
