Manage Billing and Subscription

What this does

This guide explains how billing administrators manage LoopIQ plans, seats, checkout, and subscription status.

Before you begin

Make sure:
  • you have permission to view or manage billing
  • your organization context is correct
  • you know whether you want monthly or annual billing
  • you know how many seats your organization needs

Plan selection

LoopIQ plans are shown with monthly and annual billing options. Annual billing is selected by default for plan comparison. If your organization is on a free trial, no paid plan should be pre-selected. Choose the plan and billing cycle you want before starting checkout. Free trial access should allow evaluation of LoopIQ features, including AI-enabled workflows where available. A trial account should not be treated as a paid Professional subscription unless the organization has actually subscribed to that plan.

Steps to subscribe or upgrade

  1. Open Organization Settings.
  2. Open Billing or Subscription.
  3. Review the current subscription status.
  4. Select Annual or Monthly.
  5. Choose the plan you want.
  6. Confirm the number of seats.
  7. Click the checkout or subscribe action.
  8. Confirm the Stripe checkout page shows the same plan and billing cycle you selected.
  9. Complete payment in Stripe.
  10. Return to LoopIQ and refresh billing details if needed.

Steps to manage seats

  1. Open the billing page.
  2. Review current seat count.
  3. Enter the number of additional seats or updated seat value shown by the page.
  4. Save the change or continue to Stripe if payment is required.
  5. Confirm the updated seat count after checkout or portal completion.

Billing portal

If your organization has an active Stripe subscription, billing changes may continue in the Stripe Billing Portal. Use the portal to manage payment methods, invoices, and subscription changes when available.

Common issues

The page says you do not have access

You need billing permissions. Contact an organization administrator or billing administrator.

Checkout opens the wrong billing cycle

Return to the billing page, select the correct Monthly or Annual toggle, and start checkout again. If the wrong price still appears, contact support with the plan name and billing cycle you selected.

A free trial shows a paid plan as current

Free trial organizations should show trial status separately from paid plan status. If this looks wrong, contact support and include your organization name.

The page says subscription cannot be verified

Refresh the page and confirm you are signed in. If the problem continues, contact support with your organization name and the action you were trying to perform.
