Use the Compliance Dashboard and Score

What this does

This guide explains how to read the compliance dashboard and understand what drives the compliance score.

Steps

  1. Open the compliance dashboard.
  2. Review the top-level metrics.
  3. Check the current compliance score.
  4. Review supporting areas such as:
    • objective progress
    • evidence coverage
    • approval completion
    • certification activity
  5. Identify the areas that are holding the score back.
  6. Open the related records and resolve missing work.

What happens next

The score improves as:
  • more evidence is attached
  • more approvals are finalized
  • more objectives progress toward completion

Tips

Use the score as a decision aid, not as a replacement for reviewing the underlying records.
