Plan Work with List, Board, and Dashboard Views

What this does

Steps

1. Open Project Management.
2. Start in the list view to review all current work.
3. Filter by:
   • team
   • assignee
   • status
   • priority
4. Move to board view when you want to review flow by status.
5. Use the dashboard to review progress, throughput, and risks.
6. Return to individual story, task, or issue detail pages to update specific items.

Suggested workflow

1. use the dashboard for overall health
2. use the list for review and planning
3. use the board for daily execution flow
4. use detail pages for updates and collaboration
