Access Denied Because of Permissions
What this means
LoopIQ could not show a page or perform an action because your account does not have the required permission in the active organization or team.If you have no permissions
If your account has no assigned permissions, LoopIQ should not show organization data. You should see a no-access page asking you to contact your organization administrator. This can happen when a new user was invited but roles or user permissions were not assigned yet.What to check
- Confirm you are signed in with the expected account.
- Confirm you are in the correct organization.
- Confirm you are in the correct team if the page is team-scoped.
- Ask an organization administrator to confirm your role and direct user permissions.
- Sign out and back in after permissions are updated.
For administrators
When creating or updating users:- assign at least one role
- assign at least one user permission
- confirm the user belongs to the correct organization
- confirm team membership if the user needs team-scoped records
- avoid granting broad admin access unless it is required
