Steps to vote on an idea

  1. Open Ideas.
  2. Find the idea in list, board, or detail view.
  3. Use the vote option to register your support or objection where available.
  4. Confirm the vote count updates.

Steps to comment on an idea

  1. Open the idea detail page.
  2. Scroll to the comments section.
  3. Add a comment that explains:
    • business impact
    • implementation concern
    • customer need
    • dependency or blocker
  4. Save the comment.

Steps to collaborate effectively

  1. Use comments for decision context.
  2. Use attachments for supporting files.
  3. Avoid changing status unless you own the review step.
  4. Mention related work items if the idea already has delivery implications.

What happens next

Votes and comments help reviewers decide whether the idea should be:
  • prioritized sooner
  • clarified further
  • moved into planning
  • closed or deferred
