Plan, Design, and Execute Tests

What this does

This guide explains the standard test workflow in LoopIQ from planning through execution.

Steps

  1. Open Test Management.
  2. Create or open a test plan.
  3. Add or review test cases under the plan.
  4. Organize cases into suites if your process uses them.
  5. Assign test executions to the right team members.
  6. Run the execution cycle.
  7. Update execution results such as:
    • passed
    • failed
    • blocked
    • not run
  8. Review execution dashboards and summaries.
  9. Link defects or issues for failed tests if required.

What happens next

After execution, your team can:
  • analyze pass rate
  • review blocked or failed runs
  • track coverage trends
  • use results in release or compliance processes
