Approval Policies. - Create a new policy.
- Select the subject type.
- Choose approver roles.
- Define minimum approvers.
- Set auto-approve timing if your process allows it.
- Save the policy.
SLA policies
Use SLA policies when response or completion time needs to be tracked and escalated.Steps
- Open
Automation. - Open
SLA. - Create a new SLA policy.
- Select the target type.
- Select the priority if applicable.
- Set target and warning thresholds.
- Choose the escalation role.
- Save the policy.
