Review Form Submissions and Approvals

What this does

This guide explains how reviewers and admins open form submissions, evaluate responses, and complete the approval flow in LoopIQ.

Before you begin

Make sure:
  • the form is already published
  • submissions have been created
  • the correct team context is selected if the workflow is team-based
  • your role includes access to review submissions or approvals

Steps

  1. Open Forms Management or Submission Approvals.
  2. Filter submissions by:
    • form
    • status
    • requester
    • team
  3. Open the submission you want to review.
  4. Read the submitted responses and any attachments.
  5. Check approval routing, reviewer assignment, and current status.
  6. Add comments or review notes if needed.
  7. Complete the next action:
    • approve
    • reject
    • request changes
  8. Save the decision.
  9. Confirm the status has updated in the list or approval queue.

What happens next

Depending on the workflow, the submission may:
  1. move to the next reviewer
  2. return to the requester
  3. complete the process and trigger downstream work

Tips

  • If a submission is missing, confirm team context first.
  • If actions are unavailable, check both permissions and the current approval stage.
  • Use clear comments so requesters know what to fix when changes are requested.
