Log and Review Timesheets

What this does

This guide explains how users log time, review entries, and keep timesheets accurate in LoopIQ.

Before you begin

Make sure:
  • you know which team and work items you are logging time against
  • the correct dates and work context are selected

Steps

  1. Open the Timesheets area.
  2. Confirm the correct team context.
  3. Select the date or week you want to update.
  4. Add a new time entry.
  5. Associate the entry with the correct work item or activity.
  6. Enter the hours, notes, or supporting details required by your process.
  7. Save the entry.
  8. Review the total hours shown for the period.
  9. Update or correct entries before submitting if needed.

What happens next

After logging time, you can submit the timesheet for approval or keep updating it until the reporting period is complete.

Tips

  • Log time regularly instead of waiting until the end of the week.
  • Confirm the correct team before entering time for shared environments.
  • Use notes when reviewers need context for unusual entries.
