Use Automation Dashboards and Filters

What this does

This guide explains how to use automation-related lists and dashboards to understand rule behavior and policy coverage.

Steps

  1. Open the relevant automation area.
    • Rules
    • SLA
    • Approval Policies
    • Release Governance
  2. Review available summary metrics or top-level list information.
  3. Filter rules or policies by:
    • subject type
    • active state
    • action type
    • target type
  4. Open specific records that need review.
  5. Check whether the selected rule or policy is still valid for the current workflow.
  6. Review automation runs or dispatch results where available.
