Use Compliance Dashboards and Filters

This guide explains how to use the compliance dashboard filters to focus on the records that matter most.

Steps

  1. Open the compliance dashboard.
  2. Review the top metrics and current score.
  3. Apply available filters such as:
    • start date
    • end date
    • provider
  4. Review how the score and supporting metrics change.
  5. Open the objective, evidence, or certification lists as needed.
  6. Filter the underlying records by the same date or provider context when possible.
  7. Resolve the gaps causing the weakest dashboard outcomes.
